New Faculty Spotlight: Raimond Winslow

Raimond Winslow joins the Bioengineering department in May 2021 as a Professor and Director of Life Science and Medicine Research at the Roux Institute, with a joint appointment in Khoury College of Computer Sciences and Bouvé Clinical and Rehabilitation Sciences. He received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University. His research interests include computational modeling of the cardiac myocyte to understand the molecular basis of arrhythmias; machine learning in critical care medicine to identify those patients who require urgent care.
