Marissa Puzan and Michelle Stolzoff Win Awards From Women’s Initiative Committee of AIChE
Congratulations to ChE PhD student Marissa Puzan and BioE PhD student Michelle Stolzoff, who both won travel awards from the Women’s Initiative Committee of AIChE.
They were two of fourteen awardees this year at the conference which was held in Salt Lake City. Puzan and Stolzoff enjoyed attending the WIC luncheon and networking with fellow women in chemical engineering (and associated fields). They both received 500 dollar travel awards in addition to their certificates. Michelle Stolzoff is a 3rd year Bioengineering PhD and President of GWISE. Marissa Puzan is a 2nd year Chemical Engineering PhD and serves as an Outreach Officer on GWISE.
